Refund policy

The Faceless Page System is a digital product. It is delivered instantly by email after checkout and there is nothing to ship or return.

If something goes wrong

If your files do not arrive, the download link fails, or a file is corrupted or incomplete, email successifycontact@gmail.com and we will fix it. If we cannot get you a working copy, you get a full refund. There is no time limit on this — a product you never received is a product you never received.

If it is not what you understood you were buying

Email us within 14 days of purchase and explain. We read every one of these and we will usually refund it. We may ask what you expected, so we can fix the description for the next person.

For buyers in the United Kingdom, the rules in the UK section below apply once the digital content has been downloaded.

The full contents of every pack, what the product is not, and how long each part realistically takes are published on the product page before you buy.

What is not refundable

We do not refund because the product did not produce followers, reach, income or sales. The system provides files, prompts and a workflow. Results depend on what you do with them, how often you post, and factors outside anyone's control. This is stated plainly on the product page before you buy.

We also do not refund where the files have been shared, resold or redistributed.

Buyers in the United Kingdom

You have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of purchase. Because this is digital content delivered immediately, your right to cancel ends once the download of the digital content begins.

Once the files have been downloaded, the 14-day refund above no longer applies.

Buyers in Australia

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a remedy if the product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for its stated purpose.
