These terms apply to purchases of The Faceless Page System from successify.shop , operated
by Maciej Stolarz Successify, contactable at successifycontact@gmail.com.

What you are buying

A digital product consisting of guide files, prompt libraries, post templates and starter
image assets, delivered as a download after payment. One payment, no subscription, no
recurring charges.

What you can do with it

You may use the system to build and run as many social media pages as you want, for as long
as you want. You may modify the templates, prompts and post copy freely. Images you generate
using the prompts are yours to use.

What you cannot do

You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, publish or give away the files
themselves, in whole or in part, whether free or paid. You may not repackage the contents as
your own product, course or template pack. The purchase grants you a licence to use the
product, not ownership of it.

The starter identity

The starter character and its reference images are shared. Other buyers receive the same
starter assets, so anything you build on them is not exclusive to you. This is stated in the
product. Characters you create yourself using the Brand Builder are your own.

Third-party tools

The system requires a separate account with an AI image generation service, which you obtain
and pay for yourself. We are not affiliated with any such provider, we do not control their
pricing, availability, terms or output, and we are not responsible for changes they make.

No guarantee of results

Nothing in this product guarantees followers, views, engagement, income, sales or any other
outcome. Any figures shown on our site describe past results for specific individuals and are
not a promise of what you will achieve.

Licence

One purchase, one person. You can run as many of your own pages as you want with it.

You can:
— build and run unlimited social media pages of your own
— modify every prompt, template and post in the system
— use the images you generate commercially
— keep using it forever, including all future updates

You cannot:
— resell, share or give away the files
— repackage the contents as your own product, course or template pack
— publish the guides, prompts or templates anywhere public

The starter character is shared with every other buyer, so a page built on it is not unique
to you. Build your own character with the Brand Builder if you want something exclusive.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the product is
limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be
limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may update the product and these terms. Material changes to the terms apply to purchases
made after the change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of POLAND, without affecting the mandatory consumer
protections of the country you live in.
